Companies that use the Optimum Performance assessment tool have a choice of two versions. The full version of the Optimum Performance Profile provides job candidate scoring in all five selling roles and produces a detailed interview guide. A limited version, the Service Readiness Profile, is designed to assess job candidates for entry level positions. Service Readiness Profile provides scores for the Service Selling role and Consultative Selling role and does not include an interview guide.

Companies can purchase and use both versions concurrently.
